Tim Daniels
Estate Attorney

Full service estate planning attorney with experience in real estate, business, employment, bankruptcy, and municipal law. My last 10 years has been primarily focused on wills, trusts, probate, guardianship, elder law, and asset protection.

In my estate planning practice, I train executors, trustees and guardians in their roles and focus on a smooth transition for all parties concerned. My emphasis is on asset protection and with my team of professionals, I know that we are one of the best in this area.

I am a US Navy veteran of 10 years. I was in the Persian Gulf for two tours, and served in the Libya and Grenada conflicts. After leaving ship life, I taught for 4 years at Mare Island, CA. I worked as an industrial technologist in Oakland, California for three years before returning to S. Illinois to be with my elderly parents. At this point, I helped Midwest Internet start up operations and then went to SIU Law School where I graduated in 1999. For the next two years I taught SIH doctors, nurses and staff on the use of computers in their practices before branching out in a local law firm partnership in Carbondale. In 2003, I established the Daniels Law Offices, which is now solely based in the Marion Square district.
